Curator and Arts Project Manager

Kristine Tan’s research-driven curatorial practice addresses urgent issues in contemporary times, such as the climate crisis and contentious issues surrounding the role of Big Tech. She is currently interested in investigating the notion of time from non-western and non-human perspectives and interlinking themes of cultural identity, decolonisation, ecology and technology. With a background in design, she approaches exhibition making from a perspective which is detail-oriented and visually engaging.

Most recently, she worked as Programmes Manager at NTU Centre for Contemporary Art, Singapore after completing an MFA in Curating at Goldsmiths, University of London. Prior to that, she has had experience in large-scale exhibition project management and exhibition making at ArtScience Museum, Singapore.
